I am reaching out because you have engaged in Fay Biccard Glick Center over the last few years.  We value your engagement and interaction.  We hope you can give us a few minutes to complete a survey to provide the Fay Center with new innovative ideas and opportunities to place within our 2025-2028 Strategic Plan.   

Under my leadership, this will be our third strategic plan.  Plan One focused on survival; Plan Two was stability; Plan Three INNOVATION.  The survey allows you to provide honest and open opinions and ideas about where the FAY and northside of Indianapolis should be heading.

Our Strategic Plan survey will only be up in two weeks.  Please share Ideas by May 20th – this survey will take 5 minutes for most to complete and is available in English, Spanish, Creole, French, and Arabic!
